Your child's place is held for one hour from the start of checkout while you complete payment. New online checkouts close November 8 at noon Eastern, one hour before the first class. An abandoned place reopens only after the payment provider confirms checkout expiration; if a checkout is delayed or unavailable, contact the studio rather than starting another attempt.

What to wear — it changes with the apparatus
Hammock week (Nov 22): pants or leggings with a t-shirt to avoid fabric burn.
Lyra week (Nov 15): leggings recommended.
Pole weeks (Nov 8, Nov 29): fitted leggings or shorts and a fitted top.
Every week: hair tied back, no jewelry, no lotions or oils on class day.
What to bring
Bring a water bottle. A yoga mat for warm up is recommended, not required.
Before the first class
A parent or guardian must complete the current portal waiver and Kids Registration & Medical Release for the selected child before payment. Your child cannot participate without the required release.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early on November 8 so we can check your child in.
Parents
You are welcome to stay for the 50 minutes or drop off and come back.
